European Commission Press release Brussels, 25 Jan 2022 The European Commission has approved, under the EU Merger Regulation, the proposed acquisition of Ferro by Prince, both active in the manufacturing of mineral-based chemicals and industrial additives and products. The approval is conditional on full compliance with commitments offered by Prince.
